Snacks and meal-times – we obsess about them. What’s for tea is one of our favourite subjects. We’re “people people”, with the social quadrant in everyone’s profile. We’re 75% female. Most of us spent time in hospitality or retail before joining Relish. We’re also dog people, with 88% preferring canines to felines. 57% of us would go for a savoury treat over something sweet.
Influential doesn’t quite cover it when describing Natalie but the truth is without her there wouldn’t be a Relish Agency. Guiding the business since its inception Natalie has done it all and continues to blaze the trail for the rest of us.

Our brilliant Alex Bates started his career with us at the tender age of 19, and has been instrumental in the growth and success of Relish. After work, you’ll most likely find Alex either at the gym, or watching Arsenal try and play football, with a beer!
Olivia Humphries, aka Livv, aka Our Northern Tiger Print Queen. The life and soul of Relish Livv heads up our Client Services team. Hard working and an all-round amazing person you’ll never see her without a splash of pink or pinch of tiger print.
Joining us with 10 years print management under his belt, Christopher has hit the ground running as an invaluable addition to the Bespoke Projects team - focusing on the incredible ASOS beauty calendar, CB is your go to for all things ASOS. Outside of work, Christopher is always planning his next adventure or exotic holiday!
Our ASOS specialist, making Relish a true extension of the ASOS brand partnerships team. Tash in an expert in brand partnerships with 7 years’ experience and has been with Relish from the very start. Tash utilises this expertise to manage beautiful, curated beauty boxes for a number of our retailers.
(Jo) Fenner has solidified herself as a Relish legend through her 20 years of service, making her knowledge, experience and client servicing second to none. Fancy a wine? Fenner’s there.
A relationship-building pro, Alice joins us with over 3 years of experience in Account Management. Despite being one of the loudest voices in the room, her people skills shine through her talent of soaking up information and solution selling! Alice spends most of her spare money on clothes and eating out, and most evenings you will find her sweating it out at the local gym. She’s northern, an oversharer, a dog lover and is never late for an appointment!
Ellie has completed a degree in Fashion Brand Promotion & Photography from the University of Central Lancashire. She also had 6 years of experience in Account Management before Relish so joining the Brand Partnerships team was a perfect match as her passion is to work with brands and relationship building. You will never see her wearing black, Ellie believes the more colour the better! On a Friday night, there is no doubt that you will find her with a glass of prosecco in hand.
With over 4 years of Account Managing and an English degree under her belt, Jess may be the most eloquent on the team. A jack of all trades and a true foodie at heart, Jess puts the ‘strategic’ into Senior Campaign Strategist with her office ‘Chips and Dips’ spreadsheet, rating them by each specific category. You might find her rock climbing after work, donning her cycling gear as she pedals through Bristol, or in the coolest monochrome yet patterned outfit.
After leaving a digital marketing role to pursue her true passion for relationship building and customer support - Mollie is a people person through and through. With an intricate knowledge of wellness and beauty, she has bound head-first into life at Relish! Mollie admits her entire personality trait is her rescue pup, Kuma - so if you want to keep her on the phone for hours, you know who to mention!
Since joining the Brand Partnerships team, relationship building and delivering stellar campaigns have been at the top of Coco’s priority list. She’s always looking out for exciting new products to match our amazing retailers and when she’s not at work you’ll likely find her cuddled up on the sofa with her cat or slaying the streets!
As the newest member of the Relish clan, Immy has already made a real name for herself at the agency for her dependable organisational skills and attention to detail. Flexing her account management muscles between the Bespoke Projects and the Client Services teams, Immy is an integral part of the Relish operation. A stylish queen, no one rocks a midi-denim skirt quite like Immy. She’s always on hand for a coffee date or sweet treat and is never seen in the office without her hair looking 10/10 salon fresh!
Zoe is the newest member of the insights team. She joins us from completing a Masters in Applied Clinical Psychology from the University of Bath, following a degree in psychology from University of Stirling. Zoe was a peer mentor to other psychology students and a statistic tutor to 2nd-year psychology students. Zoe volunteers for Shout, a crisis text line and is a keen supporter or F1 and motorsports.
Molly is the glue that holds the agency together! Single handedly raising all campaigns and orders, while managing deliveries and anything else admin, if you need something, go to Molly!
